Warranty & Refund

BlueVape will assess all warranty claims to ensure items are not damaged due to user error. This is carried so that items are not rejected by the manufacturer due to user mishandling and abuse.

Cartomizers, Clearomizers and Atomizers do not come with any warranty as they are considered consumable items. They are designed to be used and thrown away after a certain amount of uses. A dead on arrival (DOA) period of 24 hours upon receipt is applicable to these items so please inspect all items upon receipt.

Batteries and battery chargers have a DOA period of 14 days. Should they fail within this time frame we will gladly replace the faulty item.  

 There is a strictly a no exchange policy on e-Liquids. For health reason, we cannot re-sell e-liquids once they have left our premises.

All other items come with guarantee supplied by the manufacturer found in the item packaging. The Warranty period for a device will be listed on its product page.

We will require the faulty items be sent back for inspection. Return postage of faulty items is at the customer's expense. If a replacement is deemed to be necessary, we will cover postage of the replacement item. If we find no fault with the item being returned or the fault is due to user error and neglected the return postage will be at the customer's expense.

Important: A serial number or security code will be needed to complete the process. You may find the serial number or security code on the package that comes with your purchased products. The serial number must be posted back to us along with your item.

All Store Credit for faulty items will be for the cost of the faulty item, shipping will not be refunded.

A refund can be sought for products purchased in error if they are returned in their original packaging.


If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, BlueVape will offer you an exchange voucher or refund provided that:

  • You return the item within 14 days of purchase.
  • The item is in its original packaging and sealed.
  • It is unopened, unused and in its original condition.
  • The product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available (see below).
  • If these requirements are not satisfied BlueVape reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund for change of mind.

BlueVape will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:

  • e-liquids

These products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.


 BlueVape will accept product returns and provide you with a voucher, refund or repair where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description

BlueVape may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. BlueVape reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is the result of misuse or neglect.
