Shipping Information

blueVape® will do its best to ship your parcel as fast as humanly possible. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours from Sydney Australia. There are times where dispatching within 24 hours is not possible during busy periods.

  • Flat rate delivery use standard parcel delivery.
  • We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. If you are shipping to a Parcel Locker, please quote your Australia Post Parcel Locker Number. For how to use your parcel locker please visit Australia Post Parcel Locker Information Page
  • If you select Express Shipping generally your parcel arrives within 3 business days if you are located within the Express Post Network. 
  • Please do not select express shipping if you are not in Australia Post Express Network Zone, Australia Post Will not guarantee your parcel will arrive within 3 business days.
  • Orders containing batteries cannot be shipped via Express Shipping or Internationally.
  • We do not refund Shipping Fees if you select the incorrect shipping method. We ship based on the method selected by you during checkout if Australia Post permits.
  • We cannot leave specific details for delivery (e.g. where to leave the parcel). However, in most cases, Australia post might allow you to select an option.
  • All shipping methods supplied by blueVape® have a tracking number and will be supplied once your parcel has been picked up from our premises.
  • Orders paid for by e-Cheque are shipped once payment has been cleared. 
  • FREE SHIPPING: Promotions involving free shipping on orders over a certain value are free for orders weighing under 5KG. Orders over 5KG will include a heavy load surcharge $3.60AUD Per KG over 5KG. This will be displayed to you when checking out. This rarely happens.
  • International Order: We ship to every corner of the world as long as Australia Post can get there. 


Once your parcel has been shipped we are no longer responsible if the item is damaged or goes missing. If your delivery person does a Safe Drop and your item goes missing, unfortunately, this can only be chased up by the receiver and not the sender.
